• CORONA CONDITIONS

  These conditions only apply when you cannot travel because of government restrictions applied in connection with corona. In that case you can rebook your stay for free to 2022, or you can reclaim your payment minus the reservation costs. Please note, this only applies to restrictions imposed by the government (code orange counts for us in this)! If you want to cancel while you are permitted to travel to the Ardèche and we can and may receive you, the usual cancellation conditions apply stand. In that case paid amounts will be lost.

• Do I have to pay a deposit for my reservation IN THE RENTAL??

  The payment terms are as follows: 25% at the time of booking, 75% 6 weeks before arrival.
• Do I have to pay a deposit for my reservation at the campsite?

  The payment terms are as follows: 23 euros reservation fee and 100 euros deposit, so 123 euros at the time of reservation. The remainder must be paid upon ARRIVAL
• How much amperage per camping pitch?

  There is 10 amps of electricity on each pitch.
• Are dogs allowed?

  At our campsite, dogs are very welcome if on a lead. They are not allowed in the sanitary buildings, shop & swimming pool.
• Is there WiFi at the campsite?

  Paid WiFi is available on most of the campsite. Free internet possibility at the reception.
• how large are the camping pitches?

  Our pitcheses are between 90 and 140 m² in size. You can specify a preference for a place when booking.
• which pitch is the nicest?

  An impossible question to answer, because this is so personal! In general we say, if you like peace and quiet, then we advise you on the lower area, near the river. If you prefer being centrally located with a beautiful view, then we recommend our upper area. To get a better picture, you can always take a look through the virtual tour that you will find under the heading information.
• Which swimming trunks can I use in the swimming pool?

  The French hygiene law is very strict for swimming pools. That is why "loose" swimming shorts / boxer shorts are prohibited in our swimming pool. Tight swim shorts with "pipes" are allowed, provided they are of the same material as the "regular" tight swim shorts. Please note, the correct swimsuit is checked for wearing.
• Can we have a BBQ??

  The Ardeche is a very dry area and therefore very flammable. For that reason, charcoal bbq (all types of charcoal with any kind of charcoal) is prohibited. BBQ with gas or electricity is allowed.
• is the campsite suitable for the disabled?

  Our campsite is suitable for the disabled. We have special  cabins in our sanitary facilities and our restaurant is accessible. But keep in mind that our campsite is a real terraced campsite with a considerable difference in height. We have no special rental properties for the disabled
